Azzan Bin Qais International School (ABQ) is fully owned by Al Omani Education Services Company ( Iskan Knowledge).

 Iskan Knowledge has been set up by financially strong and well reputed shareholders including Iskan Oman Investment Company and Wafra International of Kuwait.

 The school is essentially an independent business unit, with the Principal reporting monthly to the Board on key management and financial indicators. 

 The Principal leads an on-site management team, who deal with all matters relating to the school.
